The Statlers Write A Book

The Statler Brothers have had a lot more history than most country fans know about. The Statlers have not only been around for 40 years, but they were also the back up group for the Man in Black. The book chronicling their favorite memories is appropriately named, The Statler Brothers: Random Memories. It will make it’s debut at bookstores on February 19. This book will share photographs and moments of their 4 decade history. Harold and Don Reid have penned the book. I think it is safe to assume that book will show their wit and candidness. This will be must for country fan all over.
Also we would like to congratulate Lulu Roman,a regular on Hee Haw for conquering her addiction with food. She has went from 300+ down to 170 pounds, through diets and various surgeries. There was a time when she did not see a way out, and getting ready just give up and die. We are glad that this truly talented singer and comedian will be around with us a lot longer.
