Will has proven that image isn’t everything. He resembles the youngest son(Micheal Teutul) on American Choppers. You might think that it’s bit of a stretch, but he already has the vocal style down. His tremolo sounds as if he recorded on a microphone invented by Honda. Is country music ready for another tremolo singer? Caitlin and Will look like a match made from a mistake that could have been saved by birth control(Knocked Up). I was rooting for Joey and Rory, but what can you do?
The Cowardly Lion and Dorothy, I mean Caitlin and Will, have debuted their single “Even Now.” This song is drenched in generalities. Did the writer get song tips from Chad Kroeger(lead singer of Nickelback)? I had a blatant look of disgust when I heard the opening line to this poorly written song. Let me enlighten you guys to the first verse, “Well I was wrong, But you were mean, Yea I got mad, Cuz You said those things, I called your bluff, So you walked out, So I guess, We’re even now.” I am not going to write out the second verse, but search for it, and give me your take. If this is good as the judges of “Can You Duet” can come up with, then I don’t want to know what the future holds.
