John Rich Arrested…Big Surprise, Huh?

John Rich was arrested on May 28th, but posted bail immediately. Apparently he is facing charges that relate back to a Nashville Star contestant. The contestant said that Rich hit him in the face and charged Rich with assault and harassment. Instead of Rich just paying the $2 million for the charges, he’s deciding to post bond and fight it out in court. John Rich is crazy! I’m not a fan of his in the slightest. Big & Rich is not country in the most loose form of the word, Rich himself has a high and mighty attitude that in my opinion will be his downfall later on in life, and his latest album is horrible. Rich has the ability to be a great song writer, clearly that is where the majority of his wealth has come from…maybe he should just be a writer. He probably wouldn’t be that bad of a guy if he’d downsize his attitude and keep his nose out of trouble. Last I knew you attract more bees with honey…Any one else have an opinion about him?

Well, my opinion is that whether or not John Rich is guilty, and that has not been proven in court, I do not believe,IF he hit this man, it is not worth 2.9 million dollars. I read an interview on him where he told the dj, he knows he is going to win, and how he is going to spend the money. Of course this was before, John Rich, refused to pay the settlement. If he was not a member of John’s club, why was he in their and why didn’t he leave when asked. Both need to get over it, but I do not believe in all these silly money lawsuits. Only the lawyers win.
I think you’re right both of them need to get over it. Also I don’t believe that IF John Rich hit the guy that it’s worth 2.9 million either, but at the same time…if I had the money to burn and it would get the guy out of my face I might just give him the money.
