New Music From Willie Nelson

Willie Nelson has proven that he can sing anything. He could put an album together of acoustic versions of the Chemical Brothers and it would still bring fans to the cannabis loving hippie. He can translate any genre into something that is unmistakably his. However, one genre that he approaches with complete reverence is country music. His new album releases and is veraciously titled Country Music. You will not hear any frills on this album, only traditional instruments will be heard. I can’t wait to get my hands on this album. I will be writing a full review.

    I’ve been listening to his new album for the past couple hours. Excellent album. I love his versions of Dark as a Dungeon, My Baby’s Gone, Satisfied Mind, and… the rest of the album. Just great classic country music at its best.
