Rimes Home Sold

LeAnn Rimes sold her home last month for a staggering $2.13 million!  Wow, that is a nice chunk of change I would say.  But Rimes house actually ranks fifth in the top ten Nashville home sales for November.  Her home was purchased by Dixie C. and Sergio Salinas.  This house sits on 3.2 acres of land and the house itself features a huge library and great room.  It also according to its listing features a yoga room. 

House number four in the rankings sold for $2.36 million!  This was purchased by David K. and Cynthia T. Andrews, who have operated Atkins and Associates Homebuliders Inc. since 2001.  And Dr. David K Andrews has a dental practice in Columbia, TN.  This house has two full kitchens, an elevator, a garage (big enough to fit an RV), and is a four story home.  This house is also a certified “green-home” in all 11,400 square foot.

House number three in the ranks sold for $2.4 million!  This was purchased by Jeff Bunting who is the co-founder of Alpine Bagels (a snack bar chain).  This home is sitting on an acre and a half of land in Davidson County.  This home houses seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half-baths.  Who was the previous owner of this home?  Lawrence Jackson, former senior executive for Dollar General Corporation, and current head of human resources for Wal-Mart.

House number two in the ranks sold for $2.9 million!  Lyle Finley is somewhat of a home collector.  He is an entrepreneur from Chattanooga and also just recently purchased a home in Jackson, WY for $13.4 million!!!  Wow, so needless to say he can “afford” this $2.9 million home.

And house number one sold for $3.05 million!  The buyers of this home were Garrett R. and Sharon S. Hegel.  Garrett at the time was the CEO for a major bank company based out of Birmingham, AL.  This home has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half-baths.  It also houses a huge media room and a gourmet-level kitchen.  One closet alone measured 18′ by 23′.  Wow, is what I have to say to that.
